Quick Post

Hi! Just a quick post to say I am still here. We were all sick for about 2 weeks. I still have a bit of a sore throat but I am much better than I was last week. The fast is going great. Three weeks. It has just flown by and I can't even believe it has been so long. I feel very confident that I will make it to my 60 day mark. I don't have a lot of time  but just wanted to check in real quick and let anyone who might be reading this (is there anyone?? LOL) that I am still here, still fasting ad doing good :)
