Well, I did it. I bought a high priced blender. I have needed one for a very long time. Wanted one for even longer. But I have never been able to justify spending upwards of $500 for the kind that I really wanted. I am happy to say that I found an alternative. I am cautiously optimistic about it. It still has a 3 hp motor, and it ws half the cost. Once I get it and try it out for awhile I will post more about it. Should have it by the end of the week. Hoping all goes well with it! :)
I made flax cracker the other day and my children LOVE THEM!! They are polishing them off, which is great. I am so happy that they like them so much.
That is all for now. I need to run some errands.
